"Shelf-Pulled" Items Items described as "Shelf-Pulled" Items are sold as is. No refunds will authorized for these items. All Items Except "Shelf-Pulled Items" An exchange or refund of defective merchandise can be made up to 7 days after the receipt of your order. You must contact Customer Service via phone at 732-287-7925 or e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org in order to receive authorization to return the merchandise you received. Defective items will be replaced, if merchandise is available to do so. In the event that replacement merchandise is unavailable a refund for the full purchase price of the product will be issued. United Jersey Wholesalers will incur the return shipping fees and the shipping fees associated with your replacement order as long as the product returns is deemed defective upon its return to our warehouse for inspection. Case lots must be returned in their original shipping carton with all individual items unopened. No partial returns will be accepted. Refunds will be issued in the method of the original form of payment within 2 weeks of the receipt of the return merchandise.
